Refunds:

We offer full refund for technical issue of you account  for example: you were charged twice or you paid and never had access to the account etc, once you start using our premium services and having access to all test banks we don’t issue refunds. We have plenty of free samples for each book to help you decide if is  worth it to become a premium user. As always contact us if you have questions before becoming a member.
The reason is because some users pay to become a member, then copy all exams they need, and request a refund so they can get all the products for free, in other words online shoplifting.
If a user after becoming paid member and start a dispute or chargeback with his/her bank, then we must provide evidence to the bank of the legitimacy of the transaction: IP address, logs files(logins, logouts, time spend on the site among other statistics ) as a proof that the buyer purchased the services and accessed the content.

Links, Frames, and Metatags
You may link to the home page of the nursingtip.com Site as long as the link does not cast us in a false or misleading light.

You may not frame the content of the nursingtip.com Site. You may not use metatags or any other “hidden text” that incorporates the BestEducation Trademarks or our name without our express written consent.

Cancellation Policy
User can cancel an order prior to being granted online access to purchased test(s). Once online access is granted to purchased test(s), user may not cancel the order.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend the nursingtip.com Site or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.
